Extra Curricular Activities:
The ECA timetable is attached to today’s Red Arrow. Term 1’s activities begin on Tuesday, 30 January 2024 and will end on 14 March 2024. Please be prompt in fetching children after the activity.
Please refrain from phoning the office to ask questions such as what activity is happening and what time learners finish the activity. Refer to the ECA timetable for these Frequently Asked Questions.
Aftercare:
All parents seeking Aftercare for 2024 will have to enrol their children into Aftercare for 2024. Miss Martin (Aftercare Assistant) will be seated outside the Bursar’s Office on Monday and Tuesday from 7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. with 2024 Registration Forms for you to fill out.
Please note that Aftercare is not part of compulsory education and is therefore, only accessible if your school fees is paid and up to date. Parents will not be allowed to have their children attend Aftercare if our records reflect at the end of each month that your school fees are not being paid. There are some parents who have not paid their school fees but are able to pay for Aftercare. School fees is expected first as your primary concern instead of Aftercare. If you can afford Aftercare and expect to have a further privilege, please keep to your primary commitment first which is school fees. If you have not paid your school fees, please make alternate arrangements for your child after school. “We reserve the right of admission into Aftercare.”
Please do not put me in a difficult situation by asking you not to send your child to Aftercare.
